I created this site to compliment the Biography I wrote honoring my Dad, Gary Steele.
He has such a wonderful collection of photographs and memorabilia, it just seemed a shame not to share. It is my intention that this Website reflect highly on the Navy, its Ships, and its Crews. I would love comments and if you can identify any of the Sailors or places not already identified, I would love that. That's why the pictures are numbered to make it easier to indicate which one you are referencing. I hope that Sailors and their families alike will enjoy seeing what one man collected in his years of Serving this Country. It is my honor to bring what Dad collected into order, preserving it for the next generations to come.
